William D. Morgan, Psy.D.
Dr. Bill Morgan is a career counselor, coach, and psychologist dedicated to helping individuals become more satisfied and successful in their careers and personal lives. He offers an encouraging approach to increased career effectiveness and enjoyment through counseling, coaching, and assessment.
Dr. Morgan draws on his experience as a psychologist, counselor, and director of human resource development in the personalized work that he does. Dr. Morgan holds a doctorate in psychology, has published several professional articles sharing his expertise, and is adjunct faculty at Widener University. He uses his expertise to guide his clients in developing insight and strategies to achieve important goals, make desired changes and transitions, and reach higher levels of success and satisfaction.
Dr. Morgan’s approach is practical, clear, and results-oriented. His career counseling and coaching is aimed at evoking the best in his clients. Using a variety of approaches, Dr. Morgan helps clients achieve their full career potential. Erika Kawamura, Psy.D.
Dr. Erika Kawamura is a career counselor, coach, and psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals gain clarity and self-confidence about their career and professional goals. She works with clients on finding career direction and managing career transitions, as well as achieving greater career satisfaction and success.
Her professional experience includes a management position in the healthcare industry and working on an interdisciplinary team, presenter of seminars at corporations, and as a psychologist focusing on health/wellness, emotional well-being, and personal growth. Earlier in her career, she worked in the direct sales and marketing sector. With her psychology background, she appreciates developing a deeper understanding of her clients and their career concerns, which guides her in assisting her clients to gain insight and providing guidance and encouragement for clients to achieve their desired career/professional goals. Erika is skilled at evoking the best in her clients.
Dr. Kawamura is a licensed psychologist. She holds a doctorate in psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership.
Linda Channing, M.A.
Linda is a career counselor, career coach and popular workshop presenter. As a trained counselor, she utilizes her 20 years of experience in the employment industry to effectively come alongside others in career transition.
Linda is a certified professional resume writer. She specializes in writing resumes as well as critiquing and updating existing resumes.
In addition to her career counseling and coaching, her experience has included working for an employment service, a county unemployment office, career services within a university and operating her own resume business. As a job search support group leader and workshop presenter, she has developed curriculum and presented workshops such as: Live Your Calling, Finding Your Fit, How to Write a Resume that Gets Results, Effective Interviewing and How to Cut Your Job Search Time in Half.
Linda has a M.A. in Counseling. She is a licensed administrator of SIMA® (System for Identifying Motivated Abilities) & Who do you think you are? Coach; Qualified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) and Strong Interest Inventory® Assessment Practitioner. She is a member of Middle Atlantic Career Counseling Association and the Christian Coaches Network.
Lisa Layton
Lisa Layton is a LinkedIn® Coach who educates job seekers in the strategic ways LinkedIn can be used as a powerful networking and career transition tool. Consulting in person or virtually, she shows members, from college grads to senior level executives, how they can raise their visibility, showcase their skills and accomplishments and utilize advanced search features. Her clients receive high touch guidance optimizing LinkedIn and in identifying/researching target companies.
Lisa has a BA in Philosophy from the University of Pittsburgh. Her diverse business background includes roles in coaching, sales, marketing and administration, in the insurance, non-profit and business services sectors. For over 10 years she has focused on job seekers, supporting various aspects of the career search process; she was the director of research at a national career services firm and the creator and presenter of monthly LinkedIn seminars at one of Philadelphia's premier C-level consulting firms.
