William D. Morgan, Psy.D.

Dr. Bill Morgan is a career counselor, coach, and psychologist dedicated to helping individuals become more satisfied and successful in their careers and personal lives. He offers an encouraging approach to increased career effectiveness and enjoyment through counseling, coaching, and assessment.

Dr. Morgan draws on his experience as a psychologist, counselor, and director of human resource development in the personalized work that he does. Dr. Morgan holds a doctorate in psychology, has published several professional articles sharing his expertise, and is adjunct faculty at Widener University. He uses his expertise to guide his clients in developing insight and strategies to achieve important goals, make desired changes and transitions, and reach higher levels of success and satisfaction.

Dr. Morgan’s approach is practical, clear, and results-oriented. His career counseling and coaching is aimed at evoking the best in his clients. Using a variety of approaches, Dr. Morgan helps clients achieve their full career potential. He has presented seminars and workshops at companies such as The Vanguard Group, The Project Management Institute, and the Philadelphia Area Coaches Alliance.

Dr. Morgan is a licensed psychologist. He is a member of the American Psychological Association, The Society of Consulting Psychologists, and the International Coach Federation.

Erika Kawamura, Psy.D.

Dr. Erika Kawamura is a career counselor, coach, and psychologist who is passionate about helping individuals gain clarity and self-confidence about their career and professional goals. She works with clients on finding career direction and managing career transitions, as well as achieving greater career satisfaction and success.

Her professional experience includes a management position in the healthcare industry and working on an interdisciplinary team, presenter of seminars at corporations, and as a psychologist focusing on health/wellness, emotional well-being, and personal growth. Earlier in her career, she worked in the direct sales and marketing sector. With her psychology background, she appreciates developing a deeper understanding of her clients and their career concerns, which guides her in assisting her clients to gain insight and providing guidance and encouragement for clients to achieve their desired career/professional goals. Erika is skilled at evoking the best in her clients.

Dr. Kawamura is a licensed psychologist. She holds a doctorate in psychology and a master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership.
